People always ask me …. How’d you do it LeeLee? (they mean lose the weight) I truly feel silly saying this … but good ole’ fashioned HARD WORK!
BELIEVE THEM! – There is NO NO NO quick fix!

BELIEVE THEM! – Junk food, Soda, Sweets are the devil!! BELIEVE THEM! – EVERYTHING in moderation!
Simply put for me (without the pink powder fresh scent) what worked is –
STOP EATING EMPTY CALORIES! (Fast Food is the WORST! McDs, BK, Wendys) JUST STOP~!
Cook your calories – STOP ordering them!
Really? – You are taking the elevator for 1 floor? (Try the stairs)
Do you know the price difference between soda and water? – Ill give you a hint .. ONE OF THEM IS FREE!
Exchange the candy bars for carrots, apples, oranges, celery Exchange bacon, ham, fried potatoes for a protein shake!
Put the dog on the couch and try just lifting your knees while watching TV
Wanna quick fix?
Throw OUT the following: Cooking Oil Sugar filled Cereal, pop tarts Butter Potato Chips Mayonnaise Soda Sugar Icecream
Replace with: Protein (chicken, tuna, fish) Cooking Spray (ZERO CALORIES~!) READING LABELS LOW FAT Anything you can find! (It tastes FINE, tell your mind to STFU!) Diet Soda (Light color – for your teeth)
There are so many low calorie – high protein foods. Take the money you spend on Soda … and spend it on a recipe book for HEALTHY FOOD!
